Mark has focused for 25+ years on leading and scaling the financial strategy and operations of global high growth companies, managing board communications, and producing high-multiple outcomes in the technology sector, with a focus on B2B SaaS software. His experience runs across companies of various sizes and stages, from start-ups to public corporations​

Mark has been Chief Financial Officer of Cyara (from 2017-2023), Saba Software (2016-2017), Coupa Software (2012-2015), and Blade Technologies (2008-2011). Across these he has led and influenced a variety of functions, including FP&A / finance, M&A, fundraising, and enterprise sales​

Prior to these positions, he was a Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald and Vice President at Citigroup, where he focused on equity research analysis of enterprise software companies​

Mark received an undergraduate degree in Accounting from University of St. Thomas and completed the Stanford GSB Executive Program
